Our recruitment process is designed to select candidates of good performance, conduct and record, who demonstrate a professional approach to their potential employment and a high level of dedication.
Training
We conduct customized inhouse training, led by our experienced Training Instructor with more than 30 years of experience in the industry as active sailor and maritime trainer. In addition we are able to organize any required training through selected service providers in the Philippines and even throughout Europe.
Travel
We know the challenges of the marine industry when it comes to crew travel. Whether it's changes in vessel schedules or new visa requirements, we have the solutions. Our strong partnerships with specialized visa and travel agencies ensure that our crew are always arriving on board in time.
Operations
Our crewing-related solutions, in addition to recruitment, include the following: crew administration, crew allotment, crew medical, crew insurance and crew consultancy.
